School Caretaker – Immediate Start (Enhanced DBS)

About the role
We are looking for a reliable caretaker to support a London school on a short‑term basis. The role starts immediately and lasts for two months, offering hands‑on experience in school facilities management.
Key responsibilities
- Open and close the school premises each day.
- Carry out basic maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain general site upkeep, including cleaning external areas.
- Ensure health and safety standards are upheld across the site.
- Assist with deliveries and set up rooms as required.
Required profile
- Enhanced DBS check (essential).
- Previous experience in caretaker, maintenance or facilities roles, preferably within a school environment.
- Basic DIY and maintenance skills.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

What we offer
- Hourly rate of £19‑£21 (umbrella payroll).
