About the role

Join our team as a School Liaison Officer on a temporary 10‑12 week contract. You will act as the primary contact for secondary schools across the UK, promoting our educational events and ensuring smooth group bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Contact teachers and careers advisers by phone, email and social media to promote events and secure group bookings.
• Process bookings, provide schools with necessary information and materials, and monitor registration numbers daily.
• Maintain and update the schools database with accurate contact and booking details.
• Handle incoming enquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content.

Required profile

• Confident telephone manner with strong communication skills.
• Excellent prioritisation, multitasking and attention to detail.
• Analytical, logical and highly organised.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using social media platforms for professional communication.
