About the role

We are looking for a temporary School Liaison Officer to support our educational events across secondary schools in the UK. This 10‑12‑week contract offers flexible Monday‑Friday hours, ideal for candidates seeking part‑time work during school holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Contact teachers and careers advisers nationwide to promote upcoming educational events.
• Build and maintain relationships with school contacts to encourage group bookings.
• Handle enquiries via phone, email and social media, and process group bookings accurately.
• Provide schools with necessary event materials and information.
• Monitor registration numbers daily to manage visitor flow.
• Keep the school database up‑to‑date with contact details and booking statuses.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content.

Required profile

• Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• Excellent prioritisation, multitasking and attention to detail.
• Analytical, logical and highly organised.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven with a ‘can‑do’ attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using social media platforms for outreach.
