About the role
Four Lanes Junior School is looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Reception Admin Assistant to join its busy school office team. You will be the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, and visitors, helping the day‑to‑day running of the school.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the school reception area and welcome visitors.
- Answer and direct telephone calls.
- Monitor and manage pupil attendance.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Administer first aid when required.
Required profile
- Enhanced DBS Certificate.
- Paediatric First Aid qualification.
- Previous administration and customer‑service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced school environment.
