School Teacher – Dubai (Relocation Package)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified School Teacher to join our Dubai campus. The successful candidate will relocate to the UAE and deliver engaging lessons in English, Mathematics and Science to primary/secondary students, both in‑class and online. This role involves supporting individual learning needs while contributing to the school’s development plan.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons to students in classroom and/or online settings.
• Teach according to the educational needs, abilities, and achievement levels of individual students and groups.
• Work towards the implementation of the school development plan.
• Assign, correct and assess student work in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
• Assess, record and report on student development, progress, attainment and behaviour.
• Contribute to oral and written assessments, reports and references for individual students or groups.
• Communicate, consult and collaborate with teaching staff, leadership and parents/guardians to support students’ best interests.
• Participate in in‑service training, professional development programmes and action‑research initiatives.
• Maintain good order and discipline while safeguarding students’ health and safety at all times.
• Attend and contribute to staff, curriculum and administrative meetings.
• Participate in MAP, P/SAT, Tahsili, Qodurat and IEP conferences, reviews and result analysis.
• Collaborate with parents and relevant professionals to support student progress.
• Uphold high standards of professional practice and quality teaching through peer review, observation and constructive dialogue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (on‑campus) in a related subject.
• Minimum 2 years full‑time teaching experience.
• Experience managing classes for English, Mathematics and Science.
• Two professional references to be provided at the time of application.
• Clear criminal background check required.
