SDR – Enterprise Software & SaaS (Fintech/AI)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing InsurTech business operating across nine countries. As an SDR you will work closely with experienced Account Executives, build a strong pipeline and develop the skills needed to progress into enterprise sales.

Key responsibilities

• Cold‑call, email prospecting and LinkedIn outreach to generate new leads.
• Use AI tools such as Claude to research prospects and personalise outreach.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing and Revenue Operations.
• Build relationships quickly and nurture warm leads.
• Attend industry events and network to create opportunities.
• Analyse and continuously improve prospecting approaches while meeting monthly, quarterly and annual meeting targets.

Required profile

• Some B2B sales, SDR, BDR or business‑development experience, or a graduate with the right attitude.
• Resilient, competitive and confident when picking up the phone.
• Hungry to learn, target‑driven and motivated to build a career in SaaS sales.
