About the role
Join Costa Coffee as a seasonal team member for the festive period. You will work in a busy store in Burnley, delivering great coffee and a warm customer experience while enjoying flexible shift patterns.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee and other menu items.
- Maintain store cleanliness, ensure a welcoming environment and keep operations running smoothly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best possible service standards.
Required profile
- Resourceful, adaptable and a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Accountable, proud of delivering quality work and able to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with a genuine focus on people.
