Seasonal Groom – Horse Care

About the role
We are looking for a Seasonal Groom to join our team in Longcross. The role involves caring for horses, supporting client riding activities and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily stable duties such as feeding, grooming and mucking out.
- Monitor horse health and report any ailments, infections or injuries to the Head Groom.
- Exercise horses by lunging, hacking, schooling or track cantering.
- Maintain and clean equipment, ensuring riding arenas are tidy and safe.
- Assist in preparing client activities and safely transport horses when required.
Required profile
- Previous experience working as a groom or in horse care.
- Ability to ride to BHS Stage 2 standard.
- Clean driving licence.
- Experience working with children.
- Equine qualification is desirable.
