Seasonal Production Assistant – Day Shift (Thu‑Mon)

About the role

Lush is looking for enthusiastic seasonal Production Assistants to join its Poole facility on a Thursday‑to‑Monday day shift. You will support the creation of vegan and vegetarian beauty products in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

Key responsibilities

• Hand‑press powders and mixes to achieve product consistency.
• Pour soaps, massage bars and other items, primarily by hand.
• Pick customer orders and assemble gift selections.
• Pack items ranging from single gifts to full pallets.
• Shape and craft simple to intricate product designs.
• Fill pots and bottles with creams, masks and other formulations.
• Apply labels manually or via machine to packaged goods.
• Wrap, tag and ribbon finished products, ensuring a polished presentation.

Required profile

• Good communication and punctuality.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive in a fast‑moving setting.
• Willingness to stand for the duration of the shift and wear provided PPE.

Required skills

• Ability to follow health and safety procedures.
• Basic manual dexterity for handling small components.
