About the role

Join Lush as a Seasonal Sales Assistant for the 2026 season in Plymouth. You will be the welcoming face of the store, delivering a fun and engaging shopping experience while showcasing our cruelty‑free cosmetics.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide personalised product recommendations and perform product demonstrations.
• Host in‑store parties and events for all ages.
• Maintain visual standards by creating seasonal displays and keeping the shop floor tidy.
• Manage stock, restock shelves and ensure products are ready for sale.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet sales targets and deliver excellent service.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including at least one weekend day.
