About the role

Join the festive rush at Footasylum's Swindon Outlet Store, helping customers find the latest trainers, streetwear and perfect gifts during the busiest season of the year.

Key responsibilities

• Style complete fits and guide customers through footwear, clothing and accessories.
• Support festive shopping with product recommendations and expert advice.
• Know product ranges, brand stories and current trends.
• Assist key trading events such as Black Friday, Christmas Eve and Boxing Day.
• Contribute to store targets and maintain high standards of presentation and stock organisation.

Required profile

• Confident, customer‑focused and enthusiastic about youth culture.
• Ability to work rotating shifts Monday‑Sunday, including evenings during festive periods.
• Team player who enjoys a high‑energy retail environment.

Required skills

• Strong product knowledge of footwear, apparel and accessories.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
