About the role

Join Lush’s Oxford Street Spa Store as a Seasonal Sales Assistant. You’ll be the welcoming face of the shop, delivering a fun and engaging experience for every customer while supporting the team to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create an inviting store atmosphere.
• Provide personalized product recommendations, demonstrations, and tailored samples.
• Assist in hosting inclusive in‑store events and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and visually appealing shop floor.
• Manage stock levels, keep shelves stocked, and adapt displays to seasonal trends.
• Control store costs by minimizing product waste.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service.
• Collaborate with teammates to foster an inclusive and respectful workplace.
