Seasonal Store Associate – Customer Service Specialist

About the role

The Seasonal Store Associate is the front‑line customer service specialist at UNIQLO. You will represent the brand, greet shoppers, and ensure a high‑quality shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and greet all customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintain excellent shop‑floor standards and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional service on the shop floor, in fitting rooms and at checkout.
• Process deliveries, keep stock tidy, and manage back‑of‑house areas.
• Replenish stock and update displays as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑service roles preferred.
• Approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers.
• Exceptional organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions quickly.
• Desire to achieve the best in every task.
