Seasonal Supervisor (Retail)

About the role

We are looking for a Seasonal Supervisor to join our Lush Spa store in Cardiff. The role involves leading the shop floor team, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the seasonal period. You will work closely with the store manager and support the growth of both the spa and retail business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve high standards of customer service and meet sales targets.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing shop floor and ensure displays follow seasonal guidelines.
• Support the store manager in achieving targets through creative initiatives such as competitions and in‑store events.
• Organise and contribute to events, celebrations and outreach activities, training the team to host them confidently.
• Take charge of daily operations in the manager’s absence, ensuring smooth running and compliance with health and safety standards.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, fostering a positive shop‑floor atmosphere.
