Seasonal Temporary Sales Assistant 2026

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic, flexible individuals to join our Lush store in Maidstone as Seasonal Temporary Sales Assistants for the 2026 holiday period. You will be the face of the brand, delivering the high‑standard, ethical customer experience Lush is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, personalised customer service and make every visitor feel like a VIP.
• Demonstrate products, answer questions and guide customers through purchasing decisions.
• Offer shop tours, create tailored skincare routines and deliver in‑store pampering consultations, including hand and arm massages.
• Maintain product knowledge through in‑depth training and act as a Lush Ambassador.
• Collaborate with team members, give and receive feedback, and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
• Work flexible shifts, covering at least three days per week, including weekdays and weekends.

Required profile

• Passion for ethical cosmetics and the Lush brand values.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work flexibly across weekdays and weekends, with at least four days of availability during the seasonal period.
• Team‑player attitude and willingness to receive and provide constructive feedback.
