We are looking for enthusiastic secondary teachers to join our supply pool for schools across Kent and Medway. The role offers flexible, day‑to‑day assignments as well as longer‑term placements, allowing you to fit teaching around your lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging secondary lessons in line with the school curriculum.
• Maintain effective classroom and behaviour management.
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and student needs.
• Provide both short‑term supply cover and longer‑term teaching support as required.

Required profile

• Qualified secondary teacher (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome).
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging lessons and adjust to varied school settings.
• Proactive, reliable and positive attitude.
