Secondary Teachers – Permanent Positions in Ealing

About the role

Ealing EdEx is partnering with four outstanding secondary schools in the London borough of Ealing to recruit full‑time, permanent teachers starting September 2026. The schools have a strong record of Progress 8 results and are looking to maintain and raise standards across a wide range of subjects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess curriculum for assigned subject(s) in line with national standards.
• Contribute to whole‑school improvement initiatives and extracurricular activities.
• Provide targeted support for early‑career teachers (ECT) and Teacher of Learning Responsibility (TLR) programmes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and drive student progress.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Passionate about teaching in a secondary setting.
• Willingness to work in a full‑time, permanent contract (part‑time option for Sociology).
• Commitment to start in September 2026.
