Section Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

As a Section Manager you will be the commercial leader of a store area, responsible for day‑to‑day performance, driving sales through product presentation, standards and customer experience while developing a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of your section, driving sales, conversion and productivity.
• Monitor and analyse sales and product data, taking daily action to improve results.
• Set priorities for the team based on KPIs, stock and customer demand.
• Deliver strong product presentation and standards across the area (availability, flow, replenishment).
• Coach, motivate and develop your team to perform confidently at pace.
• Support store operations and routines, ensuring consistent and efficient execution.
• Create a welcoming, engaging experience across every customer touchpoint.
• Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives.
