General Manager – Retail Store

About the role

We are Lefties, part of the Inditex family, a leading global fashion retailer. As we expand in the UK, we are seeking a General Manager to lead our Newcastle store, driving performance and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own store performance and achieve sales, productivity and service targets.
• Set and drive the commercial strategy using KPIs, store insight and customer demand.
• Lead and develop the management team, building capability, motivation and succession.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience through strong service standards and shop‑floor leadership.
• Oversee operational and administrative routines, ensuring compliance and consistency.
• Manage product flow, availability, replenishment and store organisation to support commercial performance.
• Maintain a safe, clean and well‑run environment, meeting health and safety standards.
• Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives and embed them into daily operations.
