Selector – Chiller Section (Full‑time)

About the role

As a Selector in Aldi’s Chiller section, you will be responsible for accurately picking products to keep the store’s shelves stocked and customers satisfied. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will use a headset to receive instructions and ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Select products accurately to meet daily picking targets.
• Follow instructions and double‑check paperwork for accuracy.
• Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently (training provided).
• Work across both Ambient and Chiller sections as required.

Required profile

• Hard‑working and able to perform physical, fast‑paced tasks.
• Reliable, flexible and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail when handling stock and paperwork.

Required skills

• Operating Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE).
