Self Employed Financial Adviser

About the role

Foster Denovo is seeking a self‑employed Financial Adviser to deliver its financial advice process to private clients in London. You will work alongside a team of advisers, providing telephone and face‑to‑face guidance, helping clients define their goals and creating clear financial strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing private client relationships.
• Generate new business through self‑generated leads and referrals from strategic and Employee Benefits relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial advice, clearly explaining costs and ensuring an outstanding client experience.
• Maintain client files to Foster Denovo compliance standards and act as a CF30 Investment Adviser.
• Meet Fit & Proper and Treat‑Customer‑Fairly (TCF) requirements through ongoing training and development.

Required profile

• Proven ability to develop and convert private client relationships.
• Strong client‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high‑quality advice.
• Understanding of FCA regulations, Fit & Proper standards and TCF principles.
• CF30 Investment Adviser qualification or equivalent.
