Self-Employed Financial Advisor – Immediate Client Bank

About the role

This self‑employed position offers a driven, client‑focused Financial Advisor the chance to join a growing wealth team while retaining full independence. You will inherit an established client bank of around 60 clients, providing immediate income and a platform for further business development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, delivering regular reviews and holistic financial advice.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including referrals from mortgage and wealth teams.
• Maintain compliance and supervision standards with support from an internal supervisor.
• Collaborate with the administrative and paraplanning team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent qualification.
• Current or recent experience as a Financial Advisor, or at least two years of relevant experience such as paraplanning, senior administration, or mortgage advising.
• Comfortable operating in a self‑employed model with a client‑first mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
