Self‑Employed Equity Release Broker (Remote/Field)

About the role

Our client, a leading equity release provider, is seeking an experienced, self‑employed broker to join a fast‑growing team. The position is primarily home‑based with occasional face‑to‑face meetings across the Stoke region, allowing you to manage leads remotely while maintaining a local presence.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture equity release leads both remotely and on‑site.
• Conduct client consultations, assess eligibility, and guide customers through the equity release process.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an equity release broker (ER1 or Cerer qualification).
• Current CAS (Council of Mortgage Lenders) status.
• Strong knowledge of equity release products and UK regulatory framework.
• Ability to work independently and manage a self‑employed schedule.

Required skills

• ER1 or Cerer certification.
• CAS status.
