About the role

We are looking for a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming special‑educational‑needs school in Eastbourne. You will work full‑time supporting primary and secondary pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities

Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to pupils with SEN.
Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning activities.
Support children with autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and learning disabilities.
Help create an inclusive classroom environment.

Required profile

Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable).
Caring, patient and adaptable attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
