About the role
Prospero Teaching is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant for a Year 1 class in an Ofsted “Good” primary school in West London. The school is a popular two‑form entry mainstream primary school with a supportive senior leadership team and offers training to all staff. The role is full‑time, term‑time only, with the possibility of contract extension or a permanent position based on performance.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Minimum one year experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant in the UK.
- Up‑to‑date safeguarding training completed within the last year.
- Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS with online update service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Two professional child‑related references covering the last two years.
