SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary School (West London)

About the role
Prospero Teaching is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant for a Good‑rated primary school in West London. The role is full‑time, term‑time only, and supports pupils with special educational needs across the school day.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to SEN pupils in line with individual education plans.
- Assist classroom teachers with lesson preparation, delivery, and behaviour management.
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and communicate updates to the senior leadership team.
- Follow all safeguarding policies and attend required training sessions.
Required profile
- Minimum of one year recent SEN Teaching Assistant experience in the UK.
- Current safeguarding training completed within the last year.
- Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS with online update service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Two professional references covering the last two years.
