About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded specialist provision in Hounslow for an enthusiastic SEND Teacher. The role starts in September 2025 and offers a full‑time placement supporting pupils with complex needs, autism and communication difficulties.

Key responsibilities

Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.
Create personalised learning plans and adapt teaching strategies.
Monitor pupil progress, maintain accurate records and produce reports.
Collaborate closely with parents, multidisciplinary teams and external agencies.

Required profile

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience within SEND settings is preferred.
Strong understanding of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and adaptive teaching methods.
