SEND Teacher – Specialist Provision (Full‑Time)

About the role
We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded specialist provision in Hounslow for an enthusiastic SEND Teacher. The role starts in September 2025 and offers a full‑time placement supporting pupils with complex needs, autism and communication difficulties.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.
- Create personalised learning plans and adapt teaching strategies.
- Monitor pupil progress, maintain accurate records and produce reports.
- Collaborate closely with parents, multidisciplinary teams and external agencies.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience within SEND settings is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and adaptive teaching methods.
