Senior ABM Marketing Manager (12‑month contract)

About the role

This senior, account‑based marketing position focuses on a defined set of high‑value enterprise accounts across the UK & Ireland. Working closely with sales and regional/global marketing teams, you will drive pipeline creation and acceleration through tailored ABM programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary marketing partner to sales for a portfolio of strategic accounts, designing and executing bespoke ABM plans.
• Develop targeted programmes aligned to enterprise priorities, industry challenges and business objectives.
• Ensure all activity conforms to brand, messaging and overarching campaign frameworks.
• Provide marketing insight and account‑specific propositions to support territory and account planning.
• Deliver the right content and engagement at each stage of the buyer journey.
• Collaborate with regional, global, partner, events and solutions marketing teams to deliver integrated programmes.
• Track, analyse and report on performance, ROI and pipeline impact using data dashboards.
• Respond flexibly to ad‑hoc requests based on pipeline health and sales priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior ABM or account‑focused marketing role.
• Background in a fast‑growth SaaS or cloud‑based environment.
• Strong experience partnering with enterprise sales teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with a solid grasp of pipeline metrics and performance measurement.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple programmes simultaneously.
• Comfortable operating in a collaborative, matrixed organisation.
• Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
