Senior Account Associate – Medical

About the role

Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Account Associate to support its medical education portfolio across the UK. You will own day‑to‑day project delivery, manage client interactions and develop your account management expertise within a fast‑moving healthcare communications agency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and track deliverables across multiple accounts, escalating risks when needed.
• Handle administrative tasks such as meeting invites, status reports, agendas and call notes with minimal senior oversight.
• Lead small‑ to medium‑sized projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet budget and deadline constraints.
• Delegate work to junior team members, matching tasks to their development needs.
• Understand client strategies and brands to tailor recommendations during calls and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Conduct research, draft first‑version content and ensure accuracy before hand‑off.
• Upload, tag and manage assets in the VVPM platform, maintaining approval workflows.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience managing projects or accounts in healthcare, pharma or medical communications.
• Proven ability to work independently, make sensible decisions and meet deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills and a client‑focused mindset.
• Excellent written communication and research capabilities.
