Senior Account Executive – Microsoft AI & SaaS Solutions

About the role

Jaam Automation is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive growth of its Microsoft‑focused AI and SaaS portfolio across the UK. You will work in a remote‑first environment, hunting new business and expanding existing accounts while shaping the launch of a new AI SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new enterprise prospects within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
• Grow revenue from existing customers by uncovering additional AI and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and achieve quarterly revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably with Microsoft solutions.
• Strong hunter mentality with a track record of generating new business.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote‑first, high‑autonomy culture.

• Base salary £75,000‑£80,000 per year plus uncapped OTE up to £140,000.
