Senior Account Executive / Technician – Insurance Brokerage

About the role

You will join a leading Lloyd's broker operating across London, Bermuda, Europe and international specialty markets. The role supports the technical team in servicing a diverse portfolio of clients in the US, UK, Israel, Hong Kong and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare technical documentation, formal quotes and contract paperwork.
• Review wording, regulatory requirements and ensure fee accuracy.
• Produce supporting spreadsheets to track complex placements.
• Coordinate with finance to confirm premium receipt and payment.
• Load placements onto the PPL system and assist in tailoring solutions for clients and producers.
• Manage allocated account lists, maintain files and systems according to guidelines.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Account Executive or Senior Technician in the London insurance market, preferably with Financial Lines, E&O, Cyber or D&O business.
• Knowledge of London, US and international D&O and Cyber markets and regulatory environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and training.
