About the Role
Join a global leader in technology and industrial solutions as a Senior Account Manager specialized in Gas Systems. In this strategic role, you will drive growth and market expansion across the gas distribution, midstream, and upstream sectors within your assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive territorial sales plans and strategic growth initiatives.
- Act as the primary owner of the order quota for gas products and solutions, including stations, skids, regulators, measurement, and gas quality systems.
- Manage and nurture high-level client relationships across all organizational levels.
- Identify client needs and propose high-value-added technical solutions.
- Lead the full sales cycle: account planning, opportunity identification, complex proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate internal resources and influence stakeholders to ensure seamless customer success and delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in solution selling within the gas and process industries.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex, large-scale sales strategies.
- Expertise in executive-level relationship management and stakeholder influence.
- Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to articulate complex value propositions.
- Ability to thrive and adapt within a highly structured, matrixed global organization.

Work Conditions
