Senior Account Manager

About the role

Air IT is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own and grow key client relationships across the South of England. You will act as a trusted strategic partner, helping senior stakeholders shape IT strategies that deliver real business value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, turning data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery and Technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities aligned to client needs.
• Own the sales pipeline, negotiate renewals, and drive profitability across your portfolio.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to continuous improvement of account processes.

Required profile

• Proven success as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
• Consultative, solutions‑led sales style with confidence in strategic conversations.
• Strong track record of growing accounts and meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Full UK driving licence.
