Senior Account Manager - Medical Sales (Scotland)

About the Role

Join a rapidly growing leader in the medical consumables sector. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth across Scotland, managing a multi-million pound portfolio and delivering high-quality skin care solutions to healthcare professionals.

Main Missions

• Manage and develop a multi-million pound revenue portfolio across the Scottish territory.
• Engage with key decision-makers, including District Nurses, Community Care Specialists, Procurement Services, and Pharmacists.
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and ensuring high levels of customer retention.
• Ensure full compliance with industry regulations while promoting a specialized range of medical consumables (barrier creams, wound dressings, etc.).
• Provide expert product guidance to support skin protection, wound healing, and infection prevention.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in Medical Sales OR a clinical background (Nurse or Trainer) with initial commercial experience.
• Strong ability to manage high-value accounts and meet ambitious sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.
• Must hold a full driving license (maximum 6 points).

What We Offer

• Competitive base salary: £35,000 - £40,000.
• Uncapped commission: approx. £12,800 at 100% target, with accelerators.
• Car allowance: £500 per month.
