Senior Account Manager – Specialty Coffee (East London)

About the role
Join an award‑winning, B Corp‑certified specialty coffee business as a Senior Account Manager. You will own a portfolio of wholesale customers across independent cafés, hospitality groups, hotels and contract catering partners, driving growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of wholesale accounts throughout the UK.
- Build long‑term relationships with café owners, operators and key decision‑makers.
- Drive revenue through retention, upselling and new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify growth areas and resolve challenges.
- Support customers with product launches, menu development and commercial planning.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless end‑to‑end experience.
- Collaborate with operations, training, marketing, finance and customer service teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, provide forecasting and performance reporting.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management, sales or business development, preferably in coffee, foodservice, hospitality or FMCG.
- Strong relationship‑building ability and a genuine passion for customer success.
- Commercial acumen with a track record of identifying and negotiating growth opportunities.
- Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership of accounts.
- Enthusiasm for specialty coffee, sustainability and hospitality.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting and forecasting.

- Salary £42,500 – £47,500 depending on experience plus up to 10% annual bonus.
