Senior Affiliate Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Affiliate Executive to support and optimise our affiliate marketing programme across multiple home‑improvement brands. You will work closely with senior team members, manage relationships with affiliates, and drive lead generation and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Affiliate Executive and Biddable Media Lead to manage a closed group of around 15 affiliates across three brands.
• Identify, onboard and maintain effective communication with new affiliates.
• Ensure affiliates adhere to approved promotions, creative guidelines and compliance rules.
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports covering leads, revenue and cost of sale.
• Analyse trends, share insights and recommend optimisation opportunities.
• Coordinate distribution of creative assets, promotional updates and messaging.
• Support testing and rollout of new affiliate initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an affiliate or partnerships environment, preferably within B2C or lead‑generation businesses.
• Experience recruiting and managing publishers/affiliates, ideally in manufacturing or regulated sectors.
• Ability to contribute to budget management and forecasting.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive salary between £30,000 and £35,000 per year.
