Senior AI Engineer – Agentic AI (Production Focus)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior AI Engineer to design and deliver real‑world AI systems that create measurable impact across customer journeys and internal operations. The role focuses on turning emerging AI capabilities—large language models, agentic systems, and AI services—into robust, production‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and integrate AI applications into end‑to‑end workflows.
• Embed agentic AI into customer and operational processes with reliability, resilience and safe fallback behavior.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and Operations teams to move AI concepts to production.
• Establish best practices for orchestration, testing, monitoring and operational safeguards.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and translate them into high‑value implementations.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering background, primarily in Python.
• Proven experience delivering production AI or ML‑integrated systems.
• Hands‑on experience with large language models, AI services or agentic AI frameworks.
• Practical understanding of AI production concerns such as latency, resilience, observability, safety and maintainability.
• Systems thinker who collaborates effectively across teams and communicates clearly.
