Senior AI Engineer – up to £110k + Bonus (Hybrid)

About the role

Involved Solutions is a globally recognised strategy and technology consultancy seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build and scale secure, intelligent software platforms for a range of industries. The role is hybrid, with 2‑3 days per week onsite in central London.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop secure, scalable AI‑enabled software solutions.
• Build full‑stack applications and cloud‑native platforms.
• Lead technical discovery workshops and translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Architect solution designs and recommend appropriate technologies.
• Present technical solutions and advise stakeholders on engineering approaches.
• Deliver greenfield solutions and enhance existing enterprise platforms.
• Create reusable components and engineering patterns.
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle.
• Work across multiple clients, industries and technology environments.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack software engineering experience.
• Proven ability to build secure, scalable cloud‑native applications.
• Practical experience delivering AI‑enabled software solutions.
• Solid software architecture and engineering fundamentals.
• Capability to evaluate and justify different technical approaches.
• Experience with multiple programming languages, frameworks and cloud platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Adaptable and comfortable working across diverse industries and technologies.
