Senior Amadeus Reservations & Ticketing Specialist – Out of Hours (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Amadeus Reservations & Ticketing Specialist to join our out-of-hours team. The role is fully home-based and focuses on handling low-volume, urgent travel requests during night shifts, offering an exceptional work-life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage out-of-hours travel requests, creating and amending UK, European and worldwide reservations.
• Issue tickets, process exchanges, reissues and refunds using Amadeus.
• Handle schedule changes, travel disruptions and urgent booking modifications.
• Apply fare rules and ticketing procedures accurately.
• Ensure each booking is completed efficiently and correctly.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Amadeus reservations and ticketing, preferably from a tour operator or travel management company.
• Proven ability to manage the full booking lifecycle from reservation to ticket issuance.
• Comfortable working independently during night hours and resolving urgent issues.
• Attention to detail and confidence with airline policies.

What we offer

• £15 per hour (approximately 1,914 contracted hours per year).
• Additional £25 bonus for emergency work between midnight and 4 am.
• Fully remote, home-based work with a very low overnight workload.
• Permanent position within a friendly, supportive team.
• Only four weekend shifts per year, plus planned annual‑leave cover weeks.
