Senior Analyst, Process Architect

About the role

As a Senior Analyst, Process Architect you will translate complex product and regulatory requirements into scalable, customer‑focused operations. Working across Risk, Compliance, and Merchant teams, you will design end‑to‑end workflows, establish controls, and ensure launch readiness for new digital‑asset and stablecoin capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Convert complex products and payment capabilities into controlled, scalable operations.
• Design and redesign operating models for new product launches across Risk, Compliance, and Merchant Operations.
• Establish operational foundations for digital‑asset and stablecoin services, collaborating with cross‑functional partners.
• Translate product, regulatory, and technical requirements into actionable processes, controls, and handoffs.
• Apply crypto, blockchain, and fintech knowledge to build safe, compliant operations.
• Structure ambiguous problems, identify risks, and align stakeholders without direct authority.
• Implement governance, metrics, and automated workflows using AI and modern tooling.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital assets, crypto (stablecoin), and regulated payment implementations.
• 3+ years of experience in process design or operational excellence within fintech.
• Proven ability to work across Risk, Compliance, and Merchant functions.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for influencing cross‑functional teams.
