Senior Architect – Commercial & Residential Projects

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join an award‑winning RIBA chartered practice that operates internationally, delivering expert design services to both commercial and residential sectors. The practice is seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior Architect for its Glasgow studio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from conception through to completion across all RIBA work stages.
• Maintain quality procedures and contribute to departmental growth.
• Demonstrate strong commercial design ability with meticulous attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance.

Required profile

• ARB registration and a post‑RIBA Part 3 qualification.
• Significant experience as an architect within a UK practice.
• Proficiency with Revit is essential.
• Proven experience managing commercial sector projects.
• Excellent technical and design skills, strong organisational abilities, and a detail‑oriented approach.
• Residence within a commutable distance to Glasgow.
