Senior Associate – Commercial Property Solicitor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join our Commercial Property team in London. You will work for a boutique, client‑focused firm serving high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices and private investors, delivering high‑quality legal advice across a broad range of commercial real‑estate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, renewals and licences.
• Lead property finance and secured lending deals, and oversee portfolio management for HNWI clients.
• Provide commercial, pragmatic advice to investors, family offices and private clients.
• Drive transactions from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with the Private Client department.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to departmental growth.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 8 years PQE in commercial property.
• Proven experience handling high‑value, complex commercial property transactions.
• Experience working with HNWI, investors or private clients is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen and solution‑driven approach.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
