Senior Associate – Construction Professional Indemnity

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our market‑leading Construction Professional Indemnity team in Bristol. The role offers exposure to high‑value disputes and the chance to develop strategic case solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and defend contractors, engineers, architects, project managers, surveyors and their insurers on claims and risk management issues.
• Handle construction disputes, errors and omissions, defects claims and financial disputes, covering all aspects of professional indemnity insurance.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to strategic case development.
• Collaborate within an international practice to deliver fast, effective solutions to complex claims.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience in Construction Professional Indemnity.
• Strong knowledge of construction claims.
• Experience gained at a leading law firm is preferred.
