Senior Associate Director – Building Surveying (MRICS)

About the role

We are seeking an MRICS‑qualified Chartered Building Surveyor to join our multidisciplinary client as a Senior Associate Director in Oxford. This permanent position offers the opportunity to shape the future of the Building Surveying department and progress towards partnership within a thriving practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow the Building Surveying team in the Oxford office.
• Revise and expand service offerings across commercial and residential surveying.
• Drive business development, with a focus on high‑end luxury residential projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues in other offices to share expertise and support wider growth.
• Maintain and develop key client and stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Chartered status (MRICS) – mandatory.
• Degree in Building Surveying or a related RICS‑accredited construction discipline.
• Proven experience in both commercial and residential building surveying.
• Demonstrated leadership and business development capabilities.
• Strong independent working style and stakeholder management.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
