Senior Associate Family – Top 60 Firm

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join the Family Law team of a top‑60 UK law firm. The role involves handling a broad spectrum of family matters, from divorce and cohabitation disputes to wealth protection and complex children issues, working closely with a partner who has extensive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and manage a wide range of family law matters, including high‑net‑worth client cases.
• Develop and maintain expertise in family law, sharing knowledge across the team.
• Identify and develop referral opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Network to generate new business for the firm.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff as required.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years post‑qualification experience as a Family Solicitor.
• Solid grounding in all aspects of family law.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage client relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
• Proactive, ambitious and well‑organised.
