Senior Associate / VP – Private Markets Performance Analysis

About the role

This senior‑level position sits within a leading global private markets investment firm in London. You will join the Performance Analysis team, working closely with investment, product and investor‑relations colleagues to support the firm’s growth across secondary private markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end NAV and performance reporting for a range of investment products.
• Produce and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports across multi‑currency structures.
• Oversee valuation processes, portfolio analytics and performance measurement activities.
• Manage relationships with fund administrators, auditors and valuation agents.
• Support investor reporting, liquidity forecasting and portfolio analysis.
• Prepare materials for valuation committees and senior stakeholder presentations.
• Drive process improvement, automation initiatives and operational enhancements within finance.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA qualification with 5+ years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong background in private equity, alternative investments or fund finance.
• Deep understanding of fund accounting, valuations and NAV processes.
• Experience in a private‑equity firm, asset manager or top‑tier professional services environment.
• Proactive, commercially minded and able to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
