Senior Auditor, Cybersecurity

About the role

Comcast is hiring a Senior Auditor, Cybersecurity in Isleworth, United Kingdom. The role performs quarterly audit engagements year-round to help identify and manage risks to the business, working as part of the engagement team across planning, execution and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Work as an active member of the engagement team and conduct audits across company technologies such as physical, network, application, system and data.
• Determine own work priorities and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
• Carry out the standard internal audit process: planning, execution and reporting to business management.
• Analyse data and records against policies, best practices, information security frameworks, COBIT controls and legal requirements, and test controls to find significant risks.
• Document findings in clear work papers and recommend corrective actions.
• Support less experienced team members and suggest improvements to audit methodology, tools and training.
• Travel about 40% out of town and work in a virtual team across locations, sometimes for extended hours.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience may also be considered).
• 2+ years of internal and/or external cybersecurity audit experience.
• Cybersecurity audit experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the cable, media or telecom industry is a plus.

Required skills

• CCNA, CISSP or CompTIA, or other technical/engineering certifications, strongly preferred.
• Experience with data analytics, cyber controls and/or RPA tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, make independent judgments and collaborate virtually.
