Senior Banking & Finance Solicitor – London

About the role

This senior associate position sits within a growing Banking & Finance team in London. You will advise lenders, corporates and sponsors on a wide range of complex financing transactions, from leveraged deals to real‑estate and project finance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Provide commercially focused advice to clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver seamless legal support.
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
• Strong background in banking and finance law.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions with minimal supervision.
• Commercially astute and proactive in developing client relationships.
