Senior Beauty Therapist – Premium Beauty Salon

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our premium salon in Uxbridge. In this hands‑on role you will deliver high‑quality beauty treatments while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of a service‑led environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nail, lash and eyebrow treatments to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Support the smooth running of the salon by monitoring stock, maintaining hygiene standards and assisting with organisational tasks.
• Act as a senior presence on shift, coordinating the team and leading by example.
• Mentor newer therapists, providing guidance and confidence‑building support.
• Handle client feedback professionally and foster repeat business.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Senior Beauty Therapist, Lead Therapist or senior Beauty Therapist in a premium setting.
• NVQ Level 2/3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy salon environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
